The redevelopment of redundant staff accommodation and greenkeepers facilities allowed a strong planning case to be formulated to support this green zone development. The design builds upon the successes of previous phases of work at the Leisure Village.

It works within and develops the established visual idiom previously achieved, while still providing a unique series of buildings which focus onto the specially commissioned Dancing Elms sculpture – the focal point of Les Ormes.
