Riva Architects prides itself with its in-house training programmes.
Since becoming incorporated, we have mentored various architectural and building technician students. Indeed, three have become fully qualified architects and a fourth has qualified with a first class honours certificate in architectural technology from Highlands College.
CONTINUED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)
Our commitment to training continues in the workplace, post qualification. All professional staff members take part in our unique CPD seminars which are specifically tailored to ensure we are working to the most up to date standards and regulations. Each team member presents focussed seminars on a wide range of subjects which affect our profession. Not only does this process increase our office knowledge base, but it also improves and sharpens our presentation techniques.
