Riva Architects are pleased to have gained two planning approvals to start the new year. Laurel House is a proposed refurbishment and extension of a 4-bedroom dwelling.  39 Roseville Street, sympathetically remodels and refurbishes a Grade 3 listed town house.

The sensitive remodelling and refurbishment of this coastal four-bedroom property is now underway and focussed on being completed in the summer of 2026.

We are pleased to welcome Elena Crawford to our team. Elena joins us as an Architectural Assistant after completing her degree in Interior Architecture at Oxford Brookes.
