This terrace was viewed as the signature development of this expanding self-catering village. Designed as eco-friendly, ‘upside down’ units, they benefit from elevated southerly views over the 9-hole golf course. Incorporating the latest in heat exchanger technology and the signature wind catcher ‘chimneys’, these units are environmentally responsible. 

The design concept of these units was to raise blocks of living accommodation which match the form and size of the adjacent timber lodges, and to cantilever these over a curving granite wall. The result makes for a dynamic and striking visual form. The interior of the development is light, airy and fresh. The open plan areas are open to the vaulted ceiling area and have direct access to a sheltered, raised terrace area. They contain steam showers and saunas and have exterior hot tubs set within ground floor terraces.

The entrance to each of the 3 luxury holiday homes is marked by a simple glazed canopy supported by a galvanized metal frame. Terminating the sensuous curving granite wall is a round screen wall – an echo of the historic Conway Towers of Jersey.
