MODERNISATION OF 20 No 2-BED MAISONETTES SPREAD OVER 2 BLOCKS

As part of the then States of Jersey Housing Department’s general programme for the renovation of existing housing stock, this late 1970’s development was brought up to Decent Homes Standards. The project sought to enhance the contextual relationship with the surrounding Victorian town houses.

The project has served to enhance the strong feeling of community which has been commented upon by the residents during the end of Defects Liability inspections.
